Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within one to three business days following successful compliance review.

Address Accuracy

Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Shipments

Report damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery. Photo documentation may be required as part of the review.

Compliance-Based Order Holds

Orders may be held or canceled pending additional research-use compliance verification. Summit Standard Research Supply reserves the right to cancel shipments that we determine may be used for human or animal consumption, treatment, diagnosis, or administration.

International Shipping

International shipping is not offered at this time except where individually reviewed and approved.
