Returns and Refunds Policy

Final Sale

All sales are final. Owing to the nature of research materials, opened, used, or unrefrigerated items are not accepted for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Notify Summit Standard Research Supply within 48 hours of delivery to report a damaged or incorrect shipment. Photo documentation may be required as part of the review.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Temperature-sensitive materials that have departed the controlled storage environment are not eligible for return.

Documentation Concerns

Documentation concerns must be raised prior to opening product packaging. Opening the packaging may void eligibility for a documentation-related resolution.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to shipment. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Compliance Cancellations

Summit Standard Research Supply reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that we determine may be used in a manner inconsistent with our Research Use Only Policy, including any use suggesting human or animal consumption, treatment, diagnosis, or administration.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within five to ten business days.
